In addition to the headlining acts on Saturday, the Pendleton Whiskey Music Festival will feature it’s Friday night kick-off party, right on the streets of downtown Pendleton. This is a free, all-ages event bringing together people from all over the northwest with music provided by Kurt Van Meter, DJ Sovern-T, Party Band, and Precious Byrd.
